LOTC Has gone WEEKLY!! You heard it correctly, we are introducing a new addition to the show that we are simply calling the Double Double. This new addition will consist of Black Glove Mysteries with Ian Irza and GregaMortis, where they will be taking a look at the italian Giallo genre. We are very excited to be debuting this segment. Next we are introducing Mortis Vision with GregaMotis and The Twisted Temptress, where they will be looking at horror television shows. This is going to be a lot of fun as they journey through shows such as Tales from the Crypt, Friday The 13th the series, Tales From the Darkside and so many others. We are super excited to be debuting these segments. So as mentioned, we are going weekly. You will be getting the regular LOTC show with GregaMortis, "Dr. Shock" Dave Becker, Bill "The Butcher" Van Veghel and The Twisted Temptress as normal every two weeks on Tuesday, and now on the off weeks you will be getting the Double Double Friday. Let us know what you think of the additions in the comments below.
This episode of Double Double you will hear the debut of Black glove Mysteries with Ian Irza and GregaMortis. For their first episode they are looking at the movie that many consider the very first giallo film, The Evil Eye from Mario Bava. We hope you will enjoy Ian and GregaMortis breaking this film down. Next is the debut of Mortis Vision with GregaMortis and The Twisted Temptress. For their first television series they are taking a look at the series Masters Of Horror that was created from Mick Garris. This show was on air for two seasons and twenty six episodes. GregaMortis and The Twisted Temptress break down twelve full episodes. You will not want to miss the new show.
Sit back, turn up the volume and enjoy LOTC!!

DeleteDr Walking Dead here—
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU FOR COVERING HORROR TV! I loved listening about the Masters of Horror episodes. In fact, everything was sounding AWFULLY familiar! I guess I had watched a bunch of the early ones when they first came out. That “Jennifer” one is MESSED UP; combining utter repulsion with powerful desire is the epitome of the push/pull we find in horror (especially the sublime). I think “Cigarette Burns” is my favorite from season one (although I’ve written about “Homecoming”), and “Sick Girl” is definitely the worst! :D
Hey Dr Walking Dead, glad you are enjoying the TV horror, Pearl and I are having a great time checking these shows out. That was what happened to me as well while revisiting these, I found myself saying, Oh yeah, I remember this one lol. Loved Cigarette Burns!! Thanks for commenting and for listening. Deeply appreciated
ReplyDeleteDr Walking Dead again--
ReplyDeleteWell, dammit, now I'm way behind on listing to this podcast AND working on my own content because I had to stop everything to watch ALL 26 EPISODES of Masters of Horror. Thank. You. Very. Much! ;)'
Season two is weaker, but I did enjoy Pro-Life quite a bit (thanks mostly to Ron Perlman!).
Haha, always time to catch up lol. Hahaha, all 26 episodes was an epic take on but so worth it. Yeah season 2 was weaker for sure. Thank you so much for taking the journey with us!!
